The Article related to self healing polyurethane elastomer microphase morphol, Pharmaceuticals: Pharmaceutics and other aspects.Formula: C6H8O3

On August 31, 2019, Fan, Cheng-Jie; Huang, Zi-Chun; Li, Bei; Xiao, Wen-Xia; Zheng, En; Yang, Ke-Ke; Wang, Yu-Zhong published an article.Formula: C6H8O3 The title of the article was A robust self-healing polyurethane elastomer: From H-bonds and stacking interactions to well-defined microphase morphology. And the article contained the following:

Supramol. interactions have been extensively considered in the field of self-healing materials due to their excellent reversibility and sensitive responsiveness to environmental stimuli. However, development of a polymeric material with good mech. performance as well as self-healing capacity is very challenging. In this study, we report a robust self-healing polyurethane (PU) elastomer polypropylene glycol-2-amino-5-(2- hydroxyethyl)-6-methylpyrimidin-4-ol (PPG-mUPy) by integrating ureidopyrimidone (UPy) motifs with a PPG segment with a well-defined architecture and microphase morphol. To balance the self-healing capacity and mech. performance, a thermal-triggered switch of H-bonding is introduced. The quadruple H-bonded UPy dimeric moieties in the backbone induce phase separation to form a hard domain as well as enable further aggregation into microcrystals by virtue of the stacking interactions, which are stable in ambient temperature This feature endows the PU with high mech. strength. Meanwhile, a high healing efficiency can be realized, when the reversibility of the H-bond was unlocked from the stacking at higher temperature An optimized sample PPG1000-mUPy50% with a good balance of mech. performance (20.62 MPa of tensile strength) and healing efficiency (93% in tensile strength) was achieved. This strategy will provide a new idea for developing robust self-healing polymers. The experimental process involved the reaction of 3-Acetyldihydrofuran-2(3H)-one(cas: 517-23-7).Formula: C6H8O3

Bian, Shudan; He, Jiajun; Schesing, Kevin B.; Braunschweig, Adam B. published an article in 2012, the title of the article was Polymer pen lithography (PPL)-induced site-specific click chemistry for the formation of functional glycan arrays.Electric Literature of 79642-50-5 And the article contains the following content:

PPL was combined successfully with the CuAAC to form functional mol. arrays over large (> cm2) areas and with feature diameters <1 μm. The problem of the differential transport rates of the reactive components through the aqueous meniscus was solved by embedding them within a PEG matrix. Covalent immobilization as a result of the CuAAC was demonstrated by fluorescence microscopy, and electrochem. anal. confirmed that the surface reactions produce features with high coverage d. Finally, the utility of this approach to glycomics was shown by creating an active array of α-mannose that could be recognized by ConA. In combination with previously reported multiplexing strategies, the authors believe that the approach reported herein could be employed widely to create arrays of biol. probes where the activity has a critical dependence on probe orientation. On July 31, 2019, Khalaf, Aman I.; El Nashar, Doaa E.; Helaly, Fahima M.; Soliman, Abdelmohsen published an article.Computed Properties of 3319-31-1 The title of the article was Evaluation of controlled release PVC/PEG polymeric films containing 5-fluorouracil for long-term antitumor. And the article contained the following:

The polymeric film based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC)/polyethylene glycol (PEG) and starch cellulose acetate (SCA) using trioctyltrimellitate (TOTM) as a plasticizer was prepared It was found that PVC/PEG/TOTM (10/90/5) blend film containing 60% SCA has a good optimum mech. property. The prepared polymer film was loaded with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) as a traditional anticancer drug. The prepared polymer with and without the 5-FU drug was characterized by Fourier-transform IR spectroscopy. The polymer carried 5-fluorouracil was examined as slow release drug through subjecting to aqueous media of varied pHs for different time periods. The release was measured spectrophotometrically. It was found that the release rate depends on the pH of the aqueous media. The release of the drug in the alk. media was found to be faster and higher compared to the other media. Also, the sustained release of the drug was extended to about 60 days. The diffusion coefficient (D) of the released 5-FU carrier was determined, and the calculated values were found to be 4.595 × 10-5, 3.846 × 10-4 and 8.756 × 10-4 mm2/day in neutral, acidic and basic media, resp., according to Higuch’s equation. The data obtained from the in vitro cytotoxic activity of the released 5-FU showed a sustained antiproliferative potency against human liver cancer cell line with different ratios for growth inhibition of cancer cells. The experimental process involved the reaction of Tris(2-ethylhexyl) benzene-1,2,4-tricarboxylate(cas: 3319-31-1).Computed Properties of 3319-31-1

The Article related to terfezia claveryi boudieri metabolome classification aroma nutrient profile, Food and Feed Chemistry: Other and other aspects.Reference of Methyl N-Methylanthranilate

On May 31, 2021, Farag, Mohamed A.; Fathi, Doaa; Shamma, Samir; Shawkat, Mohamed Sherif A.; Shalabi, Sohir M.; El Seedi, Hesham R.; Afifi, Sherif M. published an article.Reference of Methyl N-Methylanthranilate The title of the article was Comparative metabolome classification of desert truffles Terfezia claveryi and Terfezia boudieri via its aroma and nutrients profile. And the article contained the following:

Desert truffles are popular ectomycorrhizal fungi valued worldwide for their nutritional and traditional health benefits. Herein, two chief desert truffles viz., Terfezia claveryi and T. boudieri were assessed for their metabolites heterogeneity in context of their volatile sensory and nutrients profile as analyzed via GC-MS. Primary metabolites accounting for nutritive indexes in T. claveryi and T. boudieri were investigated with 61 peaks belonging to sugars, sugar alcs. and amino acids. After headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME), a total of 106 volatiles were annotated belonging to alcs., ketones, aldehydes, esters, ethers and furans. The abundance of oxygenated monoterpenes as antimicrobials rationalizes for the folk use of desert truffles against trachoma. Benzyl isothiocyanate was detected as the sulfur containing volatile component in desert truffle and absent from truffles. Multivariate data analyses (MVA) revealed that 1-octen-3-ol and 3-octanone were the most significantly contributors in the discrimination of T. claveryi and T. boudieri specimens. Being more enriched in essential amino acids, T. claveryi provided a better sugar diet composition concurrent with lower sugars and higher sugar alcs. compared to T. boudieri. This study provides the first insight into desert truffles metabolites and sensory composition, and to account for its culinary and medicinal uses. The experimental process involved the reaction of Methyl N-Methylanthranilate(cas: 85-91-6).Reference of Methyl N-Methylanthranilate

Aruna, Kasoju; Munawar, T. Mohammad; Prashanthi, M. V.; Narsu, M. Lakshmi published an article in 2013, the title of the article was Optimisation studies of probe DNA concentration on the surface of silica nanobiosensor.Quality Control of Bis(2,5-dioxopyrrolidin-1-yl) glutarate And the article contains the following content:

Biosensors with immobilized probe that are selective for the identification of toxic compounds at ultra trace levels in industrial products, chem. substances, environmental samples or biol. systems (e.g., Bacteria, virus, or tissue components) for biomedical diagnosis. Nanomaterials such as silica nanoparticles works as sensor when probe hybridized with the target sequence. Due to their large surface area to volume ratio, they can achieve rapid and low cost reactions. They can conjugate with a variety of biomols. (Proteins, enzymes, peptides, and DNA) and used as fluorescence biomarkers to monitor biol. events or identify and detect biol. targets. DNA biosensors based on nucleic acid hybridization were extensively developed because of their specificity, speed, portability, and low cost. The immobilization step is essential to ensure high reactivity, orientation, accessibility, and stability of the surface-confined probe and to avoid nonspecific binding. Various studies, i.e., a synthesis of silica nanoparticles, their surface modification, probe immobilization were carried out during optimization of reaction conditions. In this present work, 3.4% more immobilization of probe DNA onto the silica nanoparticle was observed in the presence of 10% butyltrimethoxysilane solution rather than absence of BMS and the concentration of the DNA probe immobilized on silica nanoparticles was maximum at 1Picomloles/μl was noticed. Mancuso, Monique; Catalfamo, Maurizio; Lagana, Pasqualina; Rappazzo, Alessandro Ciro; Raymo, Vilfredo; Zampino, Daniela; Zaccone, Renata published an article in 2019, the title of the article was Screening of antimicrobial activity of citrus essential oils against pathogenic bacteria and Candida strains.Recommanded Product: 85-91-6 And the article contains the following content:

Several studies have indicated that plants are good sources of antimicrobial agents and pharmaceuticals. The present study is focused to evaluate the antimicrobial potential of 11 citrus essential oils (EOs) and terpenes (T), against 18 bacterial pathogenic strains and 4 Candida sp. strains. Volatile compounds present in the citrus EOs were determined by a gas chromatog. anal., allowing the identification of 79 components. Results highlights that lemon, bergamot oil and terpene were effective against more than 54.5% of tested bacteria. Candida spp. strains resulted very sensitive to all terpenes and EOs. Gram neg. bacteria showed lower sensitivity than Gram pos. ones. Among Gram neg., fish pathogens were sensitive to oils, so we suggested their use as possible alternatives in aquaculture farms to prevent bacterial fish diseases. Moreover, results suggested that citrus oils could be a useful tool in the food industry to prolong the shelf-life. The Article related to preparation phospholipid polyethylene glycol conjugate contrast ultrasound imaging angiogenesis, Pharmaceuticals: Pharmaceutics and other aspects.Application In Synthesis of Bis(2,5-dioxopyrrolidin-1-yl) glutarate

On March 31, 2010, Pillai, R.; Marinelli, E. R.; Fan, H.; Nanjappan, P.; Song, B.; von Wronski, M. A.; Cherkaoui, S.; Tardy, I.; Pochon, S.; Schneider, M.; Nunn, A. D.; Swenson, R. E. published an article.Application In Synthesis of Bis(2,5-dioxopyrrolidin-1-yl) glutarate The title of the article was A Phospholipid-PEG2000 Conjugate of a Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 2 (VEGFR2)-Targeting Heterodimer Peptide for Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound Imaging of Angiogenesis. And the article contained the following:

The transition of a targeted ultrasound contrast agent from animal imaging to testing in clin. studies requires considerable chem. development. The nature of the construct changes from an agent that is chem. attached to microbubbles to one where the targeting group is coupled to a phospholipid, for direct incorporation to the bubble surface. We provide an efficient method to attach a heterodimeric peptide to a pegylated phospholipid and show that the resulting construct retains nanomolar affinity for its target, vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2), for both the human (kinase insert domain-containing receptor – KDR) and the mouse (fetal liver kinase 1 – Flk-1) receptors. The purified phospholipid-PEG-peptide isolated from TFA-based eluents is not stable with respect to hydrolysis of the fatty ester moieties. This leads to the time-dependent formation of the lysophospholipid and the phosphoglycerylamide derived from the degradation of the product. Purification of the product using neutral eluent systems provides a stable product. Methods to prepare the lysophospholipid (hydrolysis product) are also included. Biacore binding data demonstrated the retention of binding of the lipopeptide to the KDR receptor. The phospholipid-PEG2000-peptide is smoothly incorporated into gas-filled microbubbles and provides imaging of angiogenesis in a rat tumor model. The Article related to staudinger ligation targeted imaging therapy, azide phosphine reaction targeted contrast agent delivery, Pharmaceuticals: Pharmaceutics and other aspects.Application In Synthesis of tert-Butyl 2-(2-(2-(tosyloxy)ethoxy)ethoxy)acetate

On April 13, 2006, Robillard, Marc S.; Gruell, Holger published a patent.Application In Synthesis of tert-Butyl 2-(2-(2-(tosyloxy)ethoxy)ethoxy)acetate The title of the patent was Targeted imaging and/or therapy using the Staudinger ligation. And the patent contained the following:

The use of a selective chem. and bioorthogonal reaction providing a covalent ligation such as the Staudinger ligation (reaction between an azide and a phosphine), in targeted mol. imaging and therapy is presented, more specifically with interesting applications for pre-targeted imaging or therapy. Current pre-targeted imaging is hampered by the fact that it relies solely on natural/biol. targeting constructs (i.e. biotin/streptavidin). Size considerations and limitations associated with their endogenous nature severely limit the number of applications. The present invention describes how the use of an abiotic, bio-orthogonal reaction which forms a stable adduct under physiol. conditions, by way of a small or undetectable bond, can overcome these limitations. As an example of pre-targeted imaging, injection of a targeting probe comprising a somatostatin receptor-binding peptide linked to an azide is followed by a secondary radiolabeled probe linked to a Staudinger phosphine group. Following in vivo Staudinger ligation, the radiolabel enables detection of the presence of somatostatin receptor-pos. tissue such as neuroendocrine tumor. The Article related to rank order correlation dermal absorption sunscreen method comparison, uv filters, absorption, clinical, skin permeation, sunscreen, Pharmaceuticals: Pharmaceutics and other aspects.Formula: C24H27NO2

On July 31, 2022, Yang, Yang; Ako-Adounvo, Ann-Marie; Wang, Jiang; Coelho, Sergio G.; Adah, Steven A.; Matta, Murali K.; Strauss, David; Michele, Theresa M.; Wang, Jian; Faustino, Patrick J.; O’Connor, Thomas; Ashraf, Muhammad published an article.Formula: C24H27NO2 The title of the article was In Vitro Testing of Sunscreens for Dermal Absorption: Method Comparison and Rank Order Correlation with In Vivo Absorption. And the article contained the following:

Evaluating the dermal absorption of sunscreen UV filters requires the development of a bio-predictable in vitro permeation test (IVPT). This work describes the comparison of two IVPT methods and rank order correlations of in vitro absorption (skin permeation and retention) with the in vivo absorption (AUC and skin retention) of sunscreens. The IVPT was compared regarding the following elements: (1) application of a single finite dose vs. an infinite dose and (2) the use of heat-separated human epidermis vs. dermatomed skin models. The IVPT was used to evaluate dermal absorption of six UV filters (avobenzone, homosalate, octinoxate, octisalate, octocrylene, and oxybenzone) in com. sunscreens. Both the in vivo and in vitro permeation studies demonstrated that all UV filters were absorbed following a single-dose application. Sunscreens were rank ordered by the amount of the UV filters absorbed. Data obtained from the IVPT method using a single finite dose and heat-separated human epidermis was found to correlate with the clin. data. Rank orders of the cumulative in vitro skin permeation and the in vivo AUC were found comparable for oxybenzone, homosalate, octisalate, and octinoxate. Rank orders of the in vitro and in vivo skin retention of oxybenzone and octinoxate were also comparable. Addnl. IVPT parameters may be optimized to enhance the discriminatory power for UV filters with low skin permeation potential (e.g., avobenzone and octocrylene).
