Novikov, V. N. published an article in 2022, the title of the article was Upper bound of fragility from spatial fluctuations of shear modulus and boson peak in glasses.Name: Phenyl Salicylate And the article contains the following content:

It is shown that the normalized rms fluctuation of the shear modulus on the medium-range order scale in glasses correlates with fragility: the higher fragility, the smaller the fluctuation amplitude. The latter is calculated within the heterogeneous elasticity theory using the data on the boson peak in glasses. On a smaller scale corresponding to cooperative structural relaxation, the normalized rms fluctuation of the infinite-frequency shear modulus was estimated using the data on the decoupling of viscosity and diffusion in supercooled liquids These fluctuations are much smaller in amplitude, and, in contrast, they increase with increasing fragility. Extrapolation predicts intersection of both rms fluctuations and disappearing of the boson peak at the upper limit to fragility ′180. On November 18, 2021, Kuang, Lijun; Huang, Jinghuan; Liu, Yutong; Li, Xiaolin; Yuan, Yuan; Liu, Changsheng published an article.Related Products of 2358-84-1 The title of the article was Injectable Hydrogel with NIR Light-Responsive, Dual-Mode PTH Release for Osteoregeneration in Osteoporosis. And the article contained the following:

Effective treatments to overcome osteoblast/osteoclast imbalance are the key to achieving desirable bone regeneration for osteoporosis patients. When used for local bone repair, parathyroid hormone (PTH) often leads to either excessive osteoclasts under continuous exposure or insufficient osteoclasts with pulsatile release of PTH. Herein, an injectable multifunctional in situ-generated calcium phosphate nanoparticle (ICPN)-coordinated poly(dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate-co-2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (DHCP) hydrogel loaded with PTH for near-IR (NIR)-stimulated release is developed to achieve bone regeneration in an ovariectomized (OVX) model. Photothermal-responsive poly(N-acryloyl glycinamide-co-acrylamide) PNAm-indocyanine green ICG-PTH microspheres (PIP MSs) endow a dual-mode release system with a sustained release at low concentrations, a pulse release of PTH, and in situ pore formation properties. The PIP MS-encapsulated DHCP hydrogel (DHCP-10PIP/d) is injected into the bone defects of OVX rats. Under NIR irradiation, the localized photothermal effects trigger on-demand PTH release and in situ micropores formation through the gel-sol transition of PIP MSs, and the repeated treatment is harmless to the bioactivity of PTH. This platform can enhance osteoblast and osteoclast activity at the same time both in vitro and in vivo and repair the cranial defects of OVX rats successfully. Overall, this work provides a promising strategy for PTH delivery to repair osteoporotic bone defects. A rhodium(I) complex bearing a monodentate N-heterocyclic carbene ligand has been confined into the core of amphiphilic polymeric core-crosslinked micelles (CCMs). The Rh complex was covalently bound to the polymeric chains by incorporation of a polymerizable unit on the NHC ligand. Nanoreactor Rh-NHCmes@CCM 5b has been evaluated as a catalyst for the aqueous biphasic hydrogenation of styrene and other alkenes. It has shown a high activity with styrene at a low catalytic loading (10 000/1 substrate/Rh ratio), greater than that of an analogous mol. Rh(I) complex, and its evolution to Rh0 is slower. This is attributed to several factors, among which the confinement effect and the favorable polyoxygenated environment of the nanoreactor core. Finally, the CCMs could be recycled up to four times with almost no loss of activity over 3 h cycles and the loss of rhodium per cycle was on average lower than 0.6 ppm. On March 31, 2020, Liu, Tao; Yuan, Xiaoxue; Zhang, Gang; Hu, Jing; An, Jing; Chen, Tong; Wang, Gongying published an article.Name: Phenyl Salicylate The title of the article was Stir bar sorptive extraction and automatic two-stage thermal desorption-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for trace analysis of the byproducts from diphenyl carbonate synthesis. And the article contained the following:

In this study, a fast and sensitive method based on stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) and two-step thermal desorption coupled with online gas chromatog.-mass spectrometry was established to simultaneously analyze six trace byproducts [phenyl salicylate (PS), xanthone (XA), Me o-hydroxybenzoate (MS), 2-Me di-Ph carbonate (PTC), Me o-methoxybenzoate (MSME) and Ph o-methoxybenzoate (PSME)] generated in the process of di-Ph carbonate (DPC) synthesis. Under the optimal conditions, the six byproducts generated in the synthesis of DPC via transesterification were quant. analyzed by external standard method. The results showed that, within the range of 1.0-100 ng/L for all of the six transesterification byproducts, this method revealed good linearity with correlation coefficients (r) ≥0.997. The limits of detection (LODs) were between 0.054 ng/L and 0.253 ng/L, the relative standard deviations (RSD) were from 5.2% to 11.5%, and the recoveries were 81.6%-102.6% (n = 3). The method is simple, rapid and has a wide linear range, high accuracy, and sensitivity, as well as good stability. It is suitable for simultaneous, rapid and selective anal. of six trace byproducts in the process of DPC synthesis. It can also provide vigorous data support and industrialization guidance for the selection of transesterification conditions and research on the formation mechanisms, distribution regularity, and even control of transesterification byproducts. This paper reports the synthesis and characterization of monomers itaconic anhydride (IA) and tri-O-acetyl-d-glucal (TAG) as well as 4,6-di-O-acetyl-d-glucal (PSG). The homopolymers and copolymers of IA and TAG were synthesized via free radical copolymerization in bulk, using azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator with different feed ratios of monomers. Their structural, mol. and thermal characterization was done using 1H-NMR spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatog. and differential scanning calorimetry, resp. The glass transition temperature (Tg) of copolymers was found in the range of 139-145 °C. The highest Tg was found for IA-TAG2 copolymers, whereas IA-TAG4 copolymer showed lowest Tg. The mol. weight of the copolymers was in the range 5157-5499 g mol-1. The monomer TAG undergoes Ferrier rearrangement in water to give PSG. The antimicrobial activity of IA, TAG, PSG and IA-TAG copolymers was studied using the min. microbicidal concentration-broth dilution method. TAG, IA and PSG, as well as homopolymer and copolymers of IA and TAG are excellent antimicrobial agents. On September 28, 2020, Koerber, Thomas; Staeglich, Robert; Gainaru, Catalin; Boehmer, Roland; Roessler, Ernst A. published an article.Application In Synthesis of Phenyl Salicylate The title of the article was Systematic differences in the relaxation stretching of polar molecular liquids probed by dielectric vs magnetic resonance and photon correlation spectroscopy. And the article contained the following:

Relaxation spectra of mol. glass formers devoid of secondary relaxation maxima, as measured by dielec. spectroscopy (DS), NMR relaxometry, photon correlation spectroscopy (PCS), and Fabry-Perot interferometry, are quant. compared in terms of the Kohlrausch stretching parameter βK. For a reliable estimate of βK, the excess wing contribution has to be included in the spectral anal. The relaxation stretching probed by PCS and NMR varies only weakly among the liquids (βK = 0.58 ± 0.06). It is similar to that found in DS, provided that the liquid is sufficiently nonpolar (relaxation strength Δε≲6). For larger strengths, larger βDSK (narrowed relaxation spectra) are found when compared to those reported from NMR and PCS. Frequency-temperature superposition (FTS) holds for PCS and NMR. This is demonstrated by data scaling and, for the few glass formers for which results are available, by the equivalence of the susceptibilities χ′′PCS(ωτ) ∼ χ′′NMR(τ) ∼ χ′′NMR(ω), i.e., measuring at a constant frequency is equivalent to measuring at a constant temperature or constant correlation time. In this context, a plot of the spin-lattice relaxation rate R1(T) as a function of the spin-spin relaxation rate R2(T) is suggested to reveal the stretching parameter without the need to perform frequency-dependent investigations. Dielec., we identify a trend of increasing deviations from FTS with increasing Δε. Depending on the technique and glass former, the relative relaxation strength of the excess wing varies, whereas its exponent appears to be method independent for a given substance. For polar liquids, we discuss possible reasons for the discrepancy between the results from PCS and NMR as compared to those from DS. Zhang, Jiulong; Li, Jiuyang; Li, Xun; Yuan, Shou; Sun, Yan; Zou, Yunlong; Pan, Yingtong; Zhang, Kaka published an article in 2022, the title of the article was Boosting organic afterglow efficiency via triplet-triplet annihilation and thermally-activated delayed fluorescence.Computed Properties of 118-55-8 And the article contains the following content:

Due to the spin-forbidden nature of organic phosphorescence, it is challenging to achieve high afterglow efficiency in room-temperature organic afterglow systems, especially for those with long afterglow emission wavelengths. Here we report the incorporation of triplet-triplet annihilation (TTA) and thermally-activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) mechanisms to significantly enhance the organic afterglow efficiency in dopant-matrix systems under ambient conditions. Difluoroboron β-diketonate (BF2bdk) compounds are selected as luminescent dopants and designed with naphthalene functional groups to show a relatively strong tendency of intersystem crossing. 4-Methoxybenzophenone matrixes are employed to facilitate intersystem crossing of BF2bdk excited states via dipole-dipole interactions and meanwhile suppress nonradiative decay and quenching of BF2bdk triplet excited states. Besides phosphorescence decay, the dopant-matrix systems exhibit addnl. pathways to harvest triplet energies via TTA and TADF, leading to the significant improvement of the organic afterglow efficiency. The afterglow materials can be melt-cast into desired shapes, can function as multicolor-encoded anti-counterfeiting objects, and can be processed into aqueous dispersions, which display background-free bioimaging properties. Rabie, Samira T.; Abdel Monem, Reham A. published an article in 2018, the title of the article was Effect of some biologically active pyridopyrimidine derivatives on photostability and bioactivity of rigid poly(vinyl chloride).SDS of cas: 118-55-8 And the article contains the following content:

Some pyridopyrimidine derivatives with high biol. activity have been investigated as photostabilizers for rigid Poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC). Their stabilizing efficiencies were evaluated by determining the percentage of weight loss, the amount of formed gel, as well as the intrinsic viscosities, of the photodegraded PVC. The extent of discoloration of the photodegraded polymer was also evaluated. The antimicrobial activities of PVC was evaluated in absence and in presence of the investigated materials. The applied materials reduced the loss in weight that resulted from HCl evolution during photodegradation Both viscosity and gel content measurements showed also a decrease in their values during the degradation process. The extent of discoloration was also improved. The results have proved a greater stabilizing efficiencies of the antimicrobial pyridopyrimidine derivatives than that of the industrial UV absorber, Ph salicylate. Photostabilized samples of PVC exhibited good antimicrobial activities against some types of bacteria and fungi. A radical mechanism was proposed to account for the stabilizing action of the investigated products. On November 30, 2021, Dimitriadi, M.; Petropoulou, A.; Anagnostou, M.; Zafiropoulou, M.; Zinelis, S.; Eliades, G. published an article.Electric Literature of 1985-51-9 The title of the article was Effect of curing mode on the conversion and IIT-derived mechanical properties of core build-up resin composites. And the article contained the following:

The aim of the study was to evaluate the degree of conversion and the mech. properties of five composite core build-up materials polymerized in dual-curing and self-curing modes. The materials tested were: Clearfil DC Core Plus (CF), Gradia Core (GC), Luxacore-Z Dual Smartmix (LX), Multicore Flow (MC) and Paracore (PC). Disk-shaped specimens were prepared from each material; half the specimens were light-cured, whereas the rest were only self-cured. After a 3-wk storage period (dark/dry/37 °C) the Martens Hardness, Indentation Modulus, and Elastic Index were determined by instrumented indentation testing (IIT), while the degree of conversion was assessed by ATR-FTIR spectroscopy. Statistical anal. was performed by 2-way ANOVA and post-hoc testing (α = 0.05). The dual-curing mode resulted in statistically higher Martens Hardness and Elastic Index than the self-curing mode in most materials but showed insignificant differences in Indentation Modulus. MC and PC demonstrated significantly higher degree of conversion in both curing modes. Overall, the self-curing mode was inferior to the dual-curing in conversion and mech. properties for most products, despite their differences in monomer composition and filler loading. And the article contained the following:

The aim of the current study was to examine the efficacy of the leaf, stem and rhizome of Curcuma aeruginosa Roxb. for their phytochem. content, antioxidant and anti-cancer activities. The different parts of C. aeruginosa were subjected to sequential extraction to give three fractions viz., hexane, Et acetate and methanol extract The cytotoxic effect and the mode of action against A-549 human lung adenocarcinoma and HeLa cell lines were examined C. aeruginosa presented no significant toxic effect in normal human lung cells (L-132). The methanol extracts were found to be the most cytotoxic and further investigation was carried out to understand the effects. The methanol extracts induced DNA damage after 24 h with significant increase in tail DNA and tail moment when compared to untreated control. Up-regulation in the expression of the caspase – 8 and – 3 activity was observed after 48 h of treatment. The mechanism of cell death and apoptosis induced by the methanol extracts on A549 and HeLa cells were studied using fluorescent staining. Bioactive compounds detected from the HPLC revealed phenol and flavonoid compounds: Gallic acid, quercetin, caffeic acid, kaempferol, rutin, coumaric acid and naringenin. GC-MS results identified the presence of sesquiterpenoids: alpha-curcumene, curzerene curcumenol, curzerenone epicurzerenone, caryophyllene oxide and diterpenoid, andrographolide. These compounds are known for inducing apoptosis in human cancer cells through caspase – dependent pathways.
