Li, Huanhuan; Luo, Liyong; Ma, Mengjun; Zeng, Liang published an article in 2018, the title of the article was Characterization of Volatile Compounds and Sensory Analysis of Jasmine Scented Black Tea Produced by Different Scenting Processes.HPLC of Formula: 85-91-6 And the article contains the following content:

Jasmine scented black tea is widely popular in China and the scenting process is the most crucial issue affecting its aroma quality. This study aimed to analyze the influence of different processes on aroma quality and the specific contribution of volatiles to aroma quality. To achieve it, the headspace solid-phase microextraction method combined with gas-chromatog. mass-spectrometry was used to identify and quantify the volatile compounds, and further collected the characteristics according to odor activity values or contents. The quant. descriptive anal. (QDA) and traditional sensory anal. (TSA) were used to evaluate its aroma quality and the correlation anal. between QDA and characteristic aroma compounds was carry out to analyze the specific contribution of characteristics to sensory quality. The GC/MS results showed that 130 aroma components and 20 characteristics were identified in 6 tea samples and more new volatile components appeared and less original volatile components disappeared in traditional scenting process (TSP) compared with continuous scenting process (CSP). The QDA and TSA results showed that TSP samples had better “overall” and “jasmine” than CSP samples. The correlation anal. between QDA and characteristics showed that nerolidol and methylbenzoate were related to “overall,” linalool and Me anthranilate to “jasmine,” and decanal and benzeneacetaldehyde to “sweet floral,” “roasted,” and “fermented.” This study suggested that TSP is a favorable scenting process for black tea, and QDA is an objective and digital sensory evaluation method for jasmine scented black tea. Practical Application : Compare the effect of scenting technol. on the aroma quality of jasmine scented black tea based on sensory anal. and chem. anal., and suggested a favorable scenting process for processing jasmine scented black tea with better qualities. Explore the correlation between aroma composition and specific aroma properties to provide some useful information about guiding the scenting process to acquire a product with target aroma qualities. And the application of QDA for evaluation of jasmine scented black tea was better for consumers to understand the quality attributes of product. The experimental process involved the reaction of Methyl N-Methylanthranilate(cas: 85-91-6).HPLC of Formula: 85-91-6

Ullah, Mohammad Shahid; Chhanda, Sadia Afrin; Itsuno, Shinichi published an article in 2020, the title of the article was ADMET polymerization of dimeric cinchona squaramides for the preparation of a highly enantioselective polymeric organocatalyst.SDS of cas: 10472-24-9 And the article contains the following content:

Under the acyclic diene metathesis (ADMET) reaction condition, the C3-vinyl groups of cinchona alkaloids readily react with each other to form a C-C bond. A novel type of cinchona alkaloid polymers was synthesized from dimeric cinchona squaramides using the Hoveyda-Grubbs′ second-generation catalysts (HG2) by means of ADMET reaction. The chiral polymers, containing cinchona squaramide moieties in their main chains, were subsequently employed as catalysts for the enantioselective Michael reaction to give the corresponding chiral adducts in high yields with excellent enantioselectivity and diastereoselectivity. Both enantiomers from the asym. Michael reaction were distinctively prepared while using the polymeric catalysts, possessing pseudoenantiomeric structures. The catalysts were readily recovered from the reaction mixture and recycled several times due to the insolubility of the cinchona-based squaramide polymers. The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of clarification treatments on volatile composition and aromatic attributes of wine samples. ′Italian Riesling′ icewines from the Hexi Corridor Region of China were clarified by fining agents (bentonite (BT) and soybean protein (SP)), membrane filtration (MF), and centrifugation (CF) methods. Odor activity values indicated the compound with the highest odor activity in Italian Riesling icewines was β-damascenone. For this compound, BT and SP did not show significant differences, however, in MF and CF it decreased by 20% and 63%, resp. Furthermore, with high impact on aroma were: Et hexanoate which reduced by 20-80% especially in MF; rose oxide which extremely reduced in MF and undetected in BT, SP, and CF; isoamyl acetate which reduced by 3-33% and linalool decreased by 10-20% and undetected for BT. Principle component anal. indicated that icewine clarified by different methods could be distinguished and pos. correlated with odor-active compounds Floral and fruity were the dominant aroma series in icewine samples followed by fatty, earthy, spicy, vegetative and pungent flavor. The total odor active value of these series significantly (p < 0.5) decreased in different clarification treatments. Sensory evaluation showed similar results, but the SP and CF wine samples achieved better sensory quality. This study provides information that could help to optimize the clarification of ice wines. The aim of this study is to develop an electrospun calixarene nanofiber based calixarene for controlled release of hydrophobic drugs. To accomplish this, we have synthesized 5,17-bis-[Methyl-N-Methyltranylate]-25,26,27,28-tetrahydroxycalix[4]arene (Compound 3) of which nanofiber (F-14) was produced by electrospinning. The fabricated multilayered electrospun nanofiber was first characterized in terms of morphol. and then drug loading and release kinetics were studied in different physiol. pH. For this purpose, we have selected two fluorescent drugs which are thiabendazole (Tbz) and donepezil (Dnp) as model drugs to show the usage of the synthesized nanofiber in drug delivery system. Drug loading and release kinetics were monitored by using fluorescence spectroscopy. According to the results, maximum amount of loaded Dnp onto nanofiber was found to be as 30.529 μg in 20 mM Tris buffer, pH 7.4 end of 120 min. Data showed that loading amount of Tbz onto the nanofiber was measured to be as 1.688 μg to the 2.25 cm2 of surface in 20 mM of Tris buffer, pH 7.4 at the end of 120 min. While max release of Dnp from nanofiber was also 9.720 μg at pH 2.2, that of Tbz from nanofiber was 0.243 μg at pH 7.4 at the end of 90 min. On October 6, 2021, Liu, Zhimeng; Fang, Chen; He, Xin; Zhao, Yangzhi; Xu, Hualiang; Lei, Jingxin; Liu, Gao published an article.Product Details of 517-23-7 The title of the article was In Situ-Formed Novel Elastic Network Binder for a Silicon Anode in Lithium-Ion Batteries. And the article contained the following:

High energy d. lithium-ion batteries with preferable cycling stability are critical for the development of all-elec. vehicles. Silicon (Si) has demonstrated a remarkable potential for application as anode materials due to its superior capacity performance and worldwide abundance. However, Si intrinsically undergoes substantial volume fluctuation during repeated lithiation/delithiation processes, which pulverizes the Si particles and undermines the integrity of the electrode structures, thus resulting in frustrating cycling stability. We developed a polymer binder with a highly stretchable and elastic network structure that can accommodate volume variation of Si. This was realized by an in situ crosslinking of polyacrylic acid (PAA) with isocyanate-terminated polyurethane oligomers that consist of polyethylene glycol (PEG) chains and 2-ureido-4-pyrimidinone (UPy) moieties through the reaction between isocyanate and carboxyl during the electrode preparation process. In this binder network, PAA could strongly adhere to the Si particles by forming hydrogen bonding with the surface hydroxyl groups. The PEG chains induce the flexibility of the polymer network, while the UPy moieties endow the polymer network with desirable mech. strength through the formation of reversible and strong quadruple H-bonding cross-linkers. This binder not only can sufficiently accommodate the volume change of Si but can also provide a strong mech. support to effectively sustain the integrity for the Si anode, consequently enhancing cycle stability and rate performance. The experimental process involved the reaction of 3-Acetyldihydrofuran-2(3H)-one(cas: 517-23-7).Product Details of 517-23-7

On June 1, 2021, Czescik, Joanna; Mancin, Fabrizio; Stroemberg, Roger; Scrimin, Paolo published an article.SDS of cas: 707-07-3 The title of the article was The Mechanism of Cleavage of RNA Phosphodiesters by a Gold Nanoparticle Nanozyme. And the article contained the following:

The cleavage of uridine 3′-phosphodiesters bearing alcs. with pKa ranging from 7.14 to 14.5 catalyzed by AuNPs functionalized with 1,4,7-triazacyclononane-Zn(II) complexes has been studied to unravel the source of catalysis by these nanosystems (nanozymes). The results have been compared with those obtained with two Zn(II) dinuclear catalysts for which the mechanism is fairly understood. Binding to the Zn(II) ions by the substrate and the uracil of uridine was observed The latter leads to inhibition of the process and formation of less productive binding complexes than in the absence of the nucleobase. The nanozyme operates with these substrates mostly via a nucleophilic mechanism with little stabilization of the pentacoordinated phosphorane and moderate assistance in leaving group departure. This is attributed to a decrease of binding strength of the substrate to the catalytic site in reaching the transition state due to an unfavorable binding mode with the uracil. The nanozyme favors substrates with better leaving groups than the less acidic ones. The experimental process involved the reaction of (Trimethoxymethyl)benzene(cas: 707-07-3).SDS of cas: 707-07-3

A fundamental mechanism of the innate immune system is the recognition, via extra- and intracellular pattern-recognition receptors, of pathogen-associated mol. patterns. A prominent example is represented by foreign nucleic acids, triggering the activation of several signaling pathways. Among these, the endosomal toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) is known to be activated by single-stranded RNA (ssRNA), which can be specifically influenced through elements of sequence structure and posttranscriptional modifications. Furthermore, small mols. TLR7 agonists (smTLRa) are applied as boosting adjuvants in vaccination processes. In this context, covalent conjugations between adjuvant and vaccines have been reported to exhibit synergistic effects. Here, we describe a concept to chem. combine three therapeutic functions in one RNA bioconjugate. This consists in the simultaneous TLR7 stimulation by ssRNA and smTLRa as well as the therapeutic function of the RNA itself, e.g., as a vaccinating or knockdown agent. We have hence synthesized bioconjugates of mRNA and siRNA containing covalently attached smTLRa and tested their function in TLR7 stimulation. Strikingly, the bioconjugates displayed decreased rather than synergistically increased stimulation. The decrease was distinct from the antagonistic action of an siRNA bearing a Gm motive, as observed by direct comparison of the effects in the presence of otherwise stimulatory RNA. In summary, these investigations showed that TRL7 activation can be impeded by bioconjugation of small mols. to RNA. The Article related to ginseng medicines tonifying adverse effect, adverse effect, american ginseng, ginseng, ginseng leaves, red ginseng, tonifying effect, Placeholder for records without volume info and other aspects.Formula: C5H10O3

On June 12, 2022, Ran, Xiaoku; Dou, Deqiang; Chen, Hongyu; Ren, Guoqing published an article.Formula: C5H10O3 The title of the article was The correlations of adverse effect and tonifying effect of ginseng medicines. And the article contained the following:

Ginseng has been used for thousands of years, it is described as both a tonic for restoration of strength and a panacea. However, the adverse effect is also reported clin. In the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the occurrence of adverse reactions is closely related to warm property of ginseng, which can easily lead to fireness (, in Chinese). Several presumptions indicated that fireness of ginseng may be associated with the pathophysiol. of inflammation, imbalance of metabolism, the disorder of hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis, and hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis. The tonifying effect of ginseng medicines was always focused on with little attention for their adverse effects. We selected red ginseng (RG), ginseng (GS), American ginseng (AG), and ginseng leaves (GL) as typical ginseng medicines to clarify correlations of adverse effect and tonifying effect of ginseng medicines. The RG, GS, AG, and GL decoctions were orally administered to rats for 30 days consecutively. The appearance indicators such as saliva secretion, urinary output, fecal moisture, heart rate were determined, and hair condition, nose color were also observed Furthermore, some biochem. indexes such as IL-6, T3, T4, TSH, ACTH, CORT, Ach, DA, EPI, NE, SP, VIP, cAMP, cGMP, AQP-5, AMPK, and the activity of SOD, GSH-PX, Na+-K+-ATPase were measured by biochem. reagent kits or ELISA (ELISA). The metabolites profile was analyzed by UPLC-QTOF-MS. Finally, the diversity of gut microbiota was also analyzed with the 16S rDNA sequencing. The study revealed the tonifying effects of ginseng medicines mainly on exciting nervous system, promoting immunity and antioxidative ability. While, the adverse effects were mainly associated with the abnormal nervous system, thyroid system, adrenal system, and oxidative stress. The GS group showed fireness symptoms, such as vertical and dirty hair, epistaxis, higher rectal temperature, lower salivary secretion, lower urinary output, lower fecal moisture. While the GL group showed the opposite symptoms. The levels of hormones, activities of the antioxidative enzyme, and Na+-K+-ATP enzyme were changed differently. From the second week to the fourth week, the levels of T3, T4, TSH, ACTH, CORT, and the activity of SOD, GSH-PX, Na+-K+-ATP enzymes were first increased, then decreased, and finally recovered to normal levels. We also found that the ginseng medicines mainly adjust the amino acid and TCA cycle metabolism exhibiting their tonifying and adverse effects. Meanwhile, GS and AG can modulate gut microbiota imbalance by increasing the gut microbial diversity as well as selectively promoting some probiotic populations, including Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium. This is the first time to report the correlations between tonifying effects and adverse effects of four ginseng medicines. The present study demonstrated that the adverse effects of ginseng medicines mostly depended on their dosages, the higher dosage is, the more serious the adverse effects are. The adverse effects of ginseng and ginseng leaves are much more serious than red ginseng and American ginseng. The tendency of water regulation of ginseng and ginseng leaves was opposite may be related to their nature property. The experimental process involved the reaction of (R)-Methyl 3-hydroxybutanoate(cas: 3976-69-0).Formula: C5H10O3

And the article contained the following:

Antimicrobial resistance is an increasingly problematic issue in the world and there is a present and urgent need to develop new antimicrobial therapies without drug resistance. Antibacterial polymers are less susceptible to drug resistance but they are prone to inducing serious side effects due to high pos. charge. Herein we report a peptide-grafted hyperbranched polymer which can self-assemble into unusual nanosheets with highly effective intrinsically antibacterial activity but weak pos. charges (+ 6.1 mV). The hyperbranched polymer was synthesized by sequential Michael addition-based thiol-ene and free radical mediated thiol-ene reactions, and followed by ring-opening polymerization of N-carboxyanhydrides (NCAs). The nanosheet structure was confirmed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and at. force microscopy (AFM) studies. Furthermore, a novel “wrapping and penetrating” antibacterial mechanism of the nanosheets was revealed by TEM and it is the key to significantly decrease the pos. charges but have a very low min. inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 16 μg mL-1 against typical Gram-pos. and Gram-neg. bacteria. Overall, our synthetic strategy demonstrates a new insight for synthesizing antibacterial nanomaterials with weak pos. charges. Moreover, the unique antibacterial mechanism of our nanosheets may be extended for designing next-generation antibacterial agents without drug resistance.
