Jochum, Florian D.; Theato, Patrick published the artcile< Temperature- and Light-Responsive Polyacrylamides Prepared by a Double Polymer Analogous Reaction of Activated Ester Polymers>, Quality Control of 71195-85-2, the main research area is polyacrylamide temperature light responsive.

Two different series of polyacrylamides containing different amounts of salicylideneaniline moieties have been synthesized via a double polymer analogous reaction of poly(pentafluorophenyl acrylate) (PPFPA). All copolymers were designed to exhibit a lower critical solution temperature (LCST) in aqueous solution, which was dependent on (i) the amount of incorporated chromophoric salicylideneaniline groups and (ii) the isomerization state of the resp. salicylideneaniline group. Higher LCST values were measured for UV-irradiated solutions of the copolymers in comparison to the nonirradiated copolymer solutions A maximum difference in the LCST of up to 13 °C was found for poly(N-cyclopropylacrylamide) copolymer containing 15.0 mol % of salicylideneaniline groups. Within this temperature range, a reversible solubility change of the copolymer could be induced by irradiation with light.

Aquaculture published new progress about Air. 112-63-0 belongs to class esters-buliding-blocks, and the molecular formula is C19H34O2, COA of Formula: C19H34O2.

Mo, Nan; Zhu, Dan-dan; Liu, Jia-xin; Feng, Tianyi; Cui, Zhaoxia published the artcile< Metabolic responses to air-exposure stress of the Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis) revealed by a combined analysis of metabolome and transcriptome>, COA of Formula: C19H34O2, the main research area is metabolic response air exposure stress Eriocheir sinensis combined analysis; metabolome transcriptome.

Air-exposure stress (AES) caused by aquacultural practises is detrimental to physiol. fitness and can lower the survival rate of cultured animals. Previous studies showed that AES could induce the readjustment of energy utilization, respiration, antioxidant production, and immune activity. To further understand the AES coping mechanism of Chinese mitten crabs, we applied an integrated metabolomic and transcriptomic anal. to study the hepatic metabolic responses when crabs were exposed to air at room temperature for 30 h or at lower temperature for 97 h. The metabolomic anal. showed that AES caused an increase in five carbohydrate-metabolism related metabolites and five lipid-metabolism related metabolites. Correspondingly, the transcriptomic anal. revealed the changed expression of eight genes which were related to carbohydrate or lipid metabolism In addition, our results showed that lowering temperature could alleviate the impacts of AES by depressing metabolic rates. Finally, our results demonstrated sexual dimorphism of lipid metabolism in Eriocheir sinensis.

ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces published new progress about Breaking strength. 112-63-0 belongs to class esters-buliding-blocks, and the molecular formula is C19H34O2, Quality Control of 112-63-0.

Annapooranan, Raja; Wang, Yang; Cai, Shengqiang published the artcile< Highly Durable and Tough Liquid Crystal Elastomers>, Quality Control of 112-63-0, the main research area is polyurethane elastomer RM257 liquid crystal diethanethiol polymer; fatigue; fracture; interpenetrating networks; liquid crystal elastomer.

Liquid crystal elastomers (LCEs) are soft materials that exhibit interesting anisotropic and actuation properties. The emerging applications of thermally actuatable LCEs demand sufficient mech. durability under various thermomech. cycles. Although LCEs are tough at room temperature, they become very brittle at high temperature (above their actuation temperature), which can cause unexpected failure. We demonstrate a strategy to improve the high temperature fracture and fatigue properties of LCEs by designing interpenetrating polymer networks using a second polyurethane network. By selecting the appropriate composition of the polyurethane networks, the high temperature fracture and fatigue properties of LCEs were significantly enhanced, while retaining their actuation properties. The strategy from this work will help fabricate LCE-based actuators that are tough and durable at high temperatures and under cyclic loading.

Cheng, Bingxu; Wang, Chuanxi; Chen, Feiran; Yue, Le; Cao, Xuesong; Liu, Xiaofei; Yao, Yusong; Wang, Zhenyu; Xing, Baoshan published the artcile< Multiomics understanding of improved quality in cherry radish (Raphanus sativus L. var. radculus pers) after foliar application of selenium nanomaterials>, Category: esters-buliding-blocks, the main research area is selenium nanofertilizer crop yield Raphanus nanomaterial soil amendment metabolism; Crop yield and quality; Nano-enabled agriculture; Nanofertilizers; RNA-Seq and metabolomics; Radish; Selenium nanomaterials.

A selenium (Se)-nanoenabled agriculture strategy was established in this work to improve crop yield and quality. The results demonstrated that Se engineering nanomaterials (Se ENMs, 10 mg·L-1) were absorbed and translocated in cherry radish (Raphanus sativus L. var. radculus pers) from shoots to taproots after foliar application. RNA-Seq and metabolomic results indicated that the glucolysis, pyruvate and tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle metabolism pathways were accelerated by exposure to Se ENMs, resulting in increased production of flavonoids (3.2-fold), amino acids (1.4-fold), and TCA (2.5-fold) compared with the control. Moreover, Se content was enhanced by 5.4 and 2.6 times in pericarp and pulp upon Se ENMs exposure, resp., which was more efficient (2.2 and 1.1 times) than SeO32- treatment. Addnl., the yield of cherry radish was increased by 67.6% under Se ENMs, whereas SeO32- exposure only led to an increase of 7.4%. Therefore, the application of Se ENMs could reduce the amount of fertilizer used to minimize the environmental impact in agriculture while improve crop production and quality. These findings highlighted the significant potential of Se ENMs-enabled agriculture practices as an eco-friendly and sustainable crop strategy.

Zhou, Pan; Zhang, Xican; Xin, Xiaoqian; Yang, Jinpei; Pan, Qiaofei; Liu, Chao; Liu, Yang; Yu, Xiang; Li, Zhizhong; Jiao, Genlong; Liu, Xiaowen published the artcile< Click chemistry-conjugated protein-drug micelles with anti-ferroptotic and anti-inflammatory properties promote regeneration in spinal cord injury>, Quality Control of 347174-05-4, the main research area is protein drug micelle delivery system antiinflammatory spinal cord injury.

Spinal cord injury (SCI) can disrupt neural circuitry and connectivity, leading to neurol. and motor disabilities. Functional recovery relies on neuroplasticity and injured axon regeneration to rebuild connections and circuits. Current drugs with potential neuropharmacol. effects are rapidly metabolized after systemic administration, reducing their pharmaceutical activity. Thus, efficient treatment of SCI remains a challenge. In this study, we designed click chem.-conjugated protein-drug micelles (FPAaF) by the conjugation of insoluble ferrostatin-1 (Fer-1) and dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) modules to amphiphilic polymers, followed by click chem. assembly with pH-responsive azido linker-modified acidic fibroblast growth factor (aFGF). SCI rats receiving systemic administration of FPAaF showed improved blood circulation and enhanced accumulation in the spinal cord. In vitro and in vivo studies showed the anti-ferroptotic and anti-inflammatory effects of FPAaF micelles. Moreover, significant improvements in neural and motor recovery were achieved upon the release of Fer-1 and aFGF in the acidic SCI microenvironment, which resulted in anti-ferroptotic and anti-inflammatory activities. This study shows that Fer-1 and aFGF conjugated micelles may exert their synergistic pharmacol. effects on SCIs, suggesting that this is a promising strategy for the treatment of as-yet-incurable diseases.

Castro-Granell, Vanessa’s team published research in PLoS One in 2021 | 112-63-0

PLoS One published new progress about Antiviral agents. 112-63-0 belongs to class esters-buliding-blocks, and the molecular formula is C19H34O2, HPLC of Formula: 112-63-0.

Castro-Granell, Vanessa; Garin, Noe; Jaen, Angeles; Cenoz, Santiago; Galindo, Maria Jose; Fuster-RuizdeApodaca, Maria Jose published the artcile< Prevalence, beliefs and impact of drug-drug interactions between antiretroviral therapy and illicit drugs among people living with HIV in Spain>, HPLC of Formula: 112-63-0, the main research area is drug interaction antiretroviral illicit agent HIV infection population.

Drug use implies important challenges related to HIV management, particularly due to an increased risk of potential interactions between antiretroviral therapy (ART) and illicit drugs (pDDIs). This study analyses the prevalence and severity of pDDIs among people living with HIV (PLHIV). It also explores their awareness of pDDIs and their beliefs about the toxicity that they may cause, as well as the impact of pDDIs on selected health variables. We conducted an online cross-sectional survey across 33 Spanish hospitals and NGOs to collect demographics and clin. data. pDDIs were checked against the Interaction Checker developed by Liverpool University. The sample of the present study was composed of 694 PLHIV who used illicit drugs. They represented 49.5% of the 1,401 PLHIV that participated in the survey. After excluding 38 participants due to lack of information on their ART or illicit drug use, 335 (51.1%) participants consuming drugs presented with some potentially significant pDDIs between their ART and illicit drugs, with a mean of 2.1±1.7 (1-10) pDDIs per patient. The drugs most frequently involved in pDDIs were cocaine, cannabis, MDMA and nitrates (“”poppers””). The prevalence of pDDIs across ART regimens was: protease inhibitors (41.7%); integrase inhibitor-boosted regimens (32.1%), and non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (26.3%). An awareness of pDDIs and beliefs about their potential toxicity correlated pos. with intentional non-adherence (p<0.0001). Participants with pDDIs exhibited a higher prevalence of intentional non-adherence (2.19±1.04 vs. 1.93±0.94; p = 0.001). The presence of pDDIs was not associated with poorer results in the clin. variables analyzed. A significant proportion of PLHIV who use drugs experience pDDIs, thereby requiring close monitoring. pDDIs should be considered in the clin. management of HIV patients. Adequate information about pDDIs and indicators about how to manage ART when PLHIV use drugs could improve ART non-adherence. The first organocatalyzed enantioselective [1,3]-sigmatropic O- to N-rearrangement reactions are presented. The reactions take place under regio- and enantioselective control, and are catalyzed by cinchona alkaloids. Two reactions have been developed; the first one is the rearrangement of imidates to amides, while the other rearrangement occurs from carbamates to amines via a decarboxylation. Both transformations give nitrogen protected β-amino acid derivatives as the product. These novel asym. organocatalyzed [1,3]-sigmatropic O- to N-rearrangement reactions provide a reliable and efficient synthetic method for obtaining enantio-enriched β-amino acid derivatives in good yields from racemic starting materials.
