On November 5, 2018, Wang, Jia; Xu, Chao; Zhong, Zhaoping; Deng, Aidong; Hao, Naijia; Li, Mi; Meng, Xianzhi; Ragauskas, Arthur J. published an article.Computed Properties of 517-23-7 The title of the article was Catalytic Conversion of Bamboo Sawdust over ZrO2-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 to Produce Ketonic Hydrocarbon Precursors and Furans. And the article contained the following:

A series of metal oxides including ZrO2/γ-Al2O3, CeO2/γ-Al2O3, and ZrO2-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 were synthesized and employed to conduct catalytic fast pyrolysis of bamboo sawdust via an anal. pyrolyzer/gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer (Py-GC/MS) to produce hydrocarbon precursors such as ketones and furans. Exptl. results illustrated that the use of metal oxides enhanced the formation of ketones and monoarom. hydrocarbons compared to catalyst-free trial. Among the metal oxides, ZrO2-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 exhibited the most significant ketonization and aldol condensation activities yielding the highest concentration of linear and cyclic ketones. In addition, nonacidic oxygenates such as furfural, acetol, butanedial, 2,3-dihydrobenzofuran, and Me acetate, were efficiently converted into hydrocarbon precursors over metal oxides. A dual catalytic bed system integrating ZrO2-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 and HZSM-5 significantly facilitated the production of aromatic hydrocarbons compared to pure HZSM-5 catalytic run. The use of ZrO2-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 mixed with HZSM-5 mode maximized the formation of xylenes, while ZrO2-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 mixed with bamboo sawdust catalytic trial increased the concentration of benzene, toluene, and alkylbenzenes. The experimental process involved the reaction of 3-Acetyldihydrofuran-2(3H)-one(cas: 517-23-7).Computed Properties of 517-23-7

The Article related to polyamide polyurethane polyoxyalkylene polyester glass transition temperature, Plastics Manufacture and Processing: Preparation Of Resins and other aspects.Quality Control of 3-Aminodihydrothiophen-2(3H)-one hydrochloride

On April 30, 2013, Keul, Helmut; Mommer, Stefan; Moeller, Martin published an article.Quality Control of 3-Aminodihydrothiophen-2(3H)-one hydrochloride The title of the article was Poly(amide urethane)s with functional/reactive side groups based on a bis-cyclic bio-based monomer/coupling agent. And the article contained the following:

Glycerol and D,L-homocysteine thiolactone – two bio-based building blocks – were used to prepare a bis-cyclic AA’ monomer (or coupler) with an ethylene carbonate and a thiolactone ring linked by an O-Me urethane spacer. On reaction of this monomer with diamines at 70 °C poly(amide urethane)s with pendant thioethyl and hydroxymethyl side groups are produced in one step. Monodisperse diamines of low mol. weight (MW), monodisperse amino telechelic poly(ethylene oxide) (MW = 897.10) and polydisperse amino telechelic polytetrahydrofuran (Mn = 1100) were used as amine building blocks. By reaction of the coupler with diamines at room temperature only the thiolactone ring is converted. Consequently, a bis(ethylene carbonate) bis(thiol) is obtained if one equivalent diamine is reacted with two equivalent of coupler. Reaction of this intermediate with a second diamine leads to poly(amide urethane)s with pendant thioethyl and hydroxymethyl side groups and alternating amine building blocks. Post-polymerization modification of thiol side groups leads to polymers with designed properties. The microstructure of the obtained polymers was proven by 1H NMR and Raman spectroscopy; the mol. weights were determined by size exclusion chromatog. The experimental process involved the reaction of 3-Aminodihydrothiophen-2(3H)-one hydrochloride(cas: 6038-19-3).Quality Control of 3-Aminodihydrothiophen-2(3H)-one hydrochloride

The Article related to carboxypeptidase catalyst peptide coupling, alkyl ester amino acid peptide carboxypeptidase, Synthesis of Amino Acids, Peptides, and Proteins: Peptides and other aspects.HPLC of Formula: 53838-27-0

Widmer, Fred; Breddam, Klaus; Johansen, Jack T. published an article in 1980, the title of the article was Carboxypeptidase Y catalyzed peptide synthesis using amino acid alkyl esters as amine components.HPLC of Formula: 53838-27-0 And the article contains the following content:

Carboxypeptidase catalyzed peptide coupling reactions of Bz-Ala-OMe with amino acid alkyl esters and the peptide coupling of N-protected dipeptide Me esters with amino acid alkyl esters. The yield of peptide and the extent of oligomerization of the amine components depended on the nature of the amino acid side chains and the nature of the alkyl ester. The Me esters of hydrophobic amino acids oligomerized to various extents with total product yields of 60-90%, whereas the Me esters of hydrophilic amino acids did not oligomerize and gave peptides in 25-50% yields. As the size of the alkyl ester was increased, the degree of oligomerization was drastically decreased. The experimental process involved the reaction of (S)-5-tert-Butyl 1-methyl 2-aminopentanedioate(cas: 53838-27-0).HPLC of Formula: 53838-27-0

The Article related to oligosaccharide beta glucan antifungal vaccine, Immunochemistry: Adjuvants, Antigens, Haptens, and Vaccines and other aspects.Recommanded Product: Bis(2,5-dioxopyrrolidin-1-yl) glutarate

On March 18, 2015, Liao, Guochao; Zhou, Zhifang; Burgula, Srinivas; Liao, Jun; Yuan, Cheng; Wu, Qiuye; Guo, Zhongwu published an article.Recommanded Product: Bis(2,5-dioxopyrrolidin-1-yl) glutarate The title of the article was Synthesis and Immunological Studies of Linear Oligosaccharides of β-Glucan As Antigens for Antifungal Vaccine Development. And the article contained the following:

Antifungal vaccines have recently engendered considerable excitement for counteracting the resurgence of fungal infections. In this context, β-glucan, which is abundantly expressed on all fungal cell surfaces, functionally necessary for fungi, and immunol. active, is an attractive target antigen. Aiming at the development of effective antifungal vaccines based on β-glucan, a series of its oligosaccharide derivatives was designed, synthesized, and coupled with a carrier protein, keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH), to form new semisynthetic glycoconjugate vaccines. In this article, a convergent and effective synthetic strategy using preactivation-based iterative glycosylation was developed for the designed oligosaccharides. The strategy can be widely useful for rapid construction of large oligo-β-glucans with shorter oligosaccharides as building blocks. The KLH conjugates of the synthesized β-glucan hexa-, octa-, deca-, and dodecasaccharides were demonstrated to elicit high titers of antigen-specific total and IgG antibodies in mice, suggesting the induction of functional T cell-mediated immunity. Moreover, it was revealed that octa-, deca-, and dodeca-β-glucans were much more immunogenic than the hexamer and that the octamer was the best among these. The results suggested that the optimal oligosaccharide sequence of β-glucan required for exceptional immunogenicity was a hepta- or octamer and that longer glucans are not necessarily better antigens, a finding that may be of general importance. Most importantly, the octa-β-glucan-KLH conjugate provoked protective immunity against Candida albicans infection in a systemic challenge model in mice, suggesting the great potential of this glycoconjugate as a clin. useful immunoprophylactic antifungal vaccine. The Article related to polyphosphoric acid plasticizer modified asphalt, Cement, Concrete, and Related Building Materials: Concretes and other aspects.COA of Formula: C33H54O6

On November 22, 2021, Song, Ruimeng; Sha, Aimin; Shi, Ke; Li, Jiarong; Li, Xinzhou; Zhang, Fan published an article.COA of Formula: C33H54O6 The title of the article was Polyphosphoric acid and plasticizer modified asphalt: Rheological properties and modification mechanism. And the article contained the following:

Plasticizers have been proven to be effective in improving the low temperature flexibility of asphalt; however, plasticizer modified asphalts exhibit compromised high temperature stability. In this regard, polyphosphoric acid (PPA) may offer some advantages. This study aims to investigate the conventional properties, rheol. behavior, thermal storage stability, and microstructure of plasticizer and PPA (plasticizer/PPA) modified asphalts. The exptl. design comprises two plasticizers (dioctyl phthalate (DOP) and trioctyl trimelliate (TOTM)) and four PPA contents (0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2 wt%). The prepared plasticizer/PPA modified asphalts are examined by rotational viscometer, dynamic shear rheometer, bending beam rheometer, thermal storage, and Fourier transform IR (FTIR) spectroscopy tests. The results show that the high temperature deformation resistance and elastic recovery ability of the plasticizer modified asphalts are effectively improved by the addition of PPA, and the improvement degree is pos. correlated to the PPA content. PPA also has a beneficial effect on the low temperature performance of the plasticizer modified asphalts; however, the effect weakens with the PPA content increase. Moreover, the results of Anal. of Variance – Tukey’s HSD anal. show that DOP/PPA and TOTM/PPA modified asphalts have significant difference in high and low temperature performance. The results of the thermal storage tests demonstrate that the plasticizer/PPA modified asphalts have excellent storage ability. The FTIR results show that the plasticizers are phys. mixed with base asphalt, whereas there is a chem. reaction between PPA and the plasticizer modified asphalts. In general, the preparation process of plasticizer/PPA modified asphalts is simple and they have good comprehensive performance, which illustrate that combined plasticizer and PPA modification is a promising technol. On November 1, 2019, Li, Qingjiang; Jiang, Wenjie; Guo, Jiatong; Jaiswal, Mohit; Guo, Zhongwu published an article.Formula: C13H14N2O8 The title of the article was Synthesis of Lewis Y Analogues and Their Protein Conjugates for Structure-Immunogenicity Relationship Studies of Lewis Y Antigen. And the article contained the following:

Analogs of cancer-associated Lewis Y (Ley) antigen with varying structures at the reducing end were synthesized by a highly efficient strategy involving one-pot preactivation-based iterative glycosylation to obtain the key tetra-/pentasaccharide intermediates, which was followed by stereoselective fucosylation. After global deprotection, these oligosaccharides were coupled with carrier protein keyhole limpet hemocyanin. The resultant glycan-protein conjugates were subjected to immunol. studies in mice. It was disclosed that the conjugate of the pentasaccharide analog of Lewis Y antigen was more immunogenic than that of the hexasaccharide analog, but the antisera of both conjugates could indiscriminately recognize each carbohydrate hapten. These results suggested that the short Lewis Y analog may be utilized to develop functional conjugate cancer vaccines. More importantly, the results also proved that the reducing-end glucose residue in the hexasaccharide analog of Lewis Y was probably not involved in its interaction with the immune system, whose discovery can have a broad impact on the design of new cancer vaccines. And the article contained the following:

An array of homogeneous glycans representing all the major carbohydrate structures present in the cell wall of the human pathogen Mycobacterium tuberculosis and other mycobacteria has been probed with a panel of glycan-binding receptors expressed on cells of the mammalian innate immune system. The results provide an overview of interactions between mycobacterial glycans and receptors that mediate uptake and survival in macrophages, dendritic cells, and sinusoidal endothelial cells. A subset of the wide variety of glycan structures present on mycobacterial surfaces interact with cells of the innate immune system through the receptors tested. Endocytic receptors, including the mannose receptor, DC-SIGN, langerin, and DC-SIGNR (L-SIGN), interact predominantly with mannose-containing caps found on the mycobacterial polysaccharide lipoarabinomannan. Some of these receptors also interact with phosphatidyl-myo-inositol mannosides and mannose-containing phenolic glycolipids. Many glycans are ligands for overlapping sets of receptors, suggesting multiple, redundant routes by which mycobacteria can enter cells. Receptors with signaling capability interact with two distinct sets of mycobacterial glycans: targets for dectin-2 overlap with ligands for the mannose-binding endocytic receptors, while mincle binds exclusively to trehalose-containing structures such as trehalose dimycolate. None of the receptors surveyed bind furanose residues, which often form part of the epitopes recognized by antibodies to mycobacteria. Thus, the innate and adaptive immune systems can target different sets of mycobacterial glycans. This array, the first of its kind, represents an important new tool for probing, at a mol. level, biol. roles of a broad range of mycobacterial glycans, a task that has not previously been possible. The experimental process involved the reaction of (Trimethoxymethyl)benzene(cas: 707-07-3).Electric Literature of 707-07-3
