Levin, P. P.; Brzhevskaya, O. N.; Nedelina, O. S. published the artcile< Kinetics of hydrated electron reactions with phosphate anions: a laser photolysis study>, Recommanded Product: (9Z,12Z)-Methyl octadeca-9,12-dienoate, the main research area is hydrated electron decay kinetics photolysis sodium pyrenesulfonate phosphate anion.

The decay kinetics of hydrated electron (eaq-) formed upon photolysis of aqueous solutions of sodium pyrene-1,3,6,8-tetrasulfonate at λ = 337 nm in the presence of phosphate anions (up to 2 mol L-1) was studied by nanosecond laser-pulse photolysis in a wide range of pH (3.5-10) and ionic strength (I, up to 2 mol L-1) values. At high pH values, where the HPO42- ions dominate, the eaq- decay kinetics depends only slightly on phosphate concentration (rate constant for the reaction is at most 2·105 L mol-1 s-1). The H2PO4- ions react with eaq- at a rate constant of 2.8·106 L mol-1 s-1 (I = 0), which increases linearly with the parameter exp(√I/(1 + √I)) in accordance with the Debye-Hueckel theory. The rate constant for quenching of eaq- by H3PO4 at pH ≤ 4 decreases linearly with the parameter exp(√I/(1 + √I)) due to the secondary salt effect and equals 1.6·109 L mol-1 s-1 at I = 0. The logarithm of the rate constant for quenching of eaq- by phosphates is linearly related to the number of the O-H bonds in the phosphate mol.

Shi, Y-Y’s team published research in European review for medical and pharmacological sciences in 2019 | 112-63-0

European review for medical and pharmacological sciences published new progress about 112-63-0. 112-63-0 belongs to class esters-buliding-blocks, and the molecular formula is C19H34O2, Application of C19H34O2.

Shi, Y-Y; Cui, H-F; Qin, B-J published the artcile< Monomethyl fumarate protects cerebral hemorrhage injury in rats via activating microRNA-139/Nrf2 axis.>, Application of C19H34O2, the main research area is .

OBJECTIVE: Monomethyl fumarate (MF) exerts anti-inflammatory and antioxidant capacities. Whether microRNA-139 and nuclear factor (erythroid-derived 2)-like 2 (Nrf2) are involved in the pharmacological activity of MF remain unclear. We aim to elucidate the potential function of MF in intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), and its possible mechanism. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Twenty-four Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were randomly assigned into sham group, ICH group and MF group, with 8 rats in each group. Rats in ICH and MF group were subjected to ICH procedures. Rat brain tissues were harvested at 48 h after ICH procedures. Evans blue extravasation was performed to evaluate ICH-induced rat brain damage. Content of cerebral edema and neurological deficit were examined to reflect the neuronal pathological lesions. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) content in rat brain was examined by immunofluorescence. Activities of oxidative stress indexes in rat brain homogenate were detected using relative commercial kits. MicroRNA-139 expression in rat brain was quantified by quantitative Real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Finally, protein levels of Nrf2, HO-1, NQO1 and nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) in rat brain tissues were examined by Western blot. RESULTS: Compared with rats in sham group, neurological deficit scores of rats in ICH group were lower. Disruption of blood-brain barrier and brain tissue edema of rats were pronounced in ICH group. However, MF pretreatment markedly alleviated the above mentioned cerebral lesions. In addition, MF pretreatment increased activities of SOD, GSH and CAT, but decreased MDA and ROS contents in rat brain homogenate relative to those in ICH group (p<0.05). Western blot analysis found that expression levels of Nrf2, HO-1 and NQO-1 were markedly upregulated after MF pretreatment, while the expression level of NF-κB was downregulated. At the cellular level, we altered microRNA-139 expression in SH-SY5Y cells by transfection of microRNA-139 mimics or inhibitor. Overexpression of microRNA-139 remarkably increased Nrf2 expression and decreased NF-κB expression. Treatment of high-dose MF upregulated Nrf2, downregulated NF-κB and decreased ROS content in SH-SY5Y cells. CONCLUSIONS: MF protects ICH in rats by inhibiting oxidative stress and inflammatory response through activating microRNA-139/Nrf2 axis. Zhang, Weixuan’s team published research in Journal of Applied Polymer Science in 2021-09-15 | 112-63-0

Journal of Applied Polymer Science published new progress about Anodic bonding. 112-63-0 belongs to class esters-buliding-blocks, and the molecular formula is C19H34O2, Recommanded Product: (9Z,12Z)-Methyl octadeca-9,12-dienoate.

Zhang, Weixuan; Wang, Mixue; Zhao, Haocheng; Liu, Xin; Liu, Ruoyun; Xie, Xiaoling; Wu, Yuling published the artcile< Synthesis and characterization of electrolyte substrate materials based on hyperbranched polyurethane elastomers for anodic bonding>, Recommanded Product: (9Z,12Z)-Methyl octadeca-9,12-dienoate, the main research area is electrolyte substrate hyperbranched polyurethane elastomer anodic bonding.

A series of hyperbranched polyurethane elastomers (PEO-HBPUEs) as polymer electrolyte substrate materials was developed for anodic bonding with aluminum (Al) foil in micro-electro-mech. system (MEMS) devices. The PEO-HBPUEs were prepared by pre-polymerization method with toluene-2,4-diisocyanate(TDI), polypropylene glycol (PPG), 1,4-butanediol(BDO), trimethylolpropane(TMP), lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (LiTFSI), and polyethylene oxide (PEO)-based electrolyte in varying proportions via solution casting technique at room temperature All prepared PEO-HBPUEs exhibited low glass transition temperatures, good thermal stabilities, and suitable mech. properties. The x-ray diffraction results showed that PEO-HBPUEs are amorphous, and LiTFSI was well dissolved in the polymer matrix. The component of PEO-based electrolyte in PEO-HBPUEs contributed to increase the ionic conductivity, of which the highest value reached 1.23 × 10-3 S/cm at 75°C for PEO-HBPUE4. The anodic bonding of PEO-HBPUE substrate with Al foil was conducted by the coupling action of elec. field, temperature field, and pressure field. A clear intermediate bonding layer between the substrate and Al foil was observed and the elements diffusion around bonding layer can be detected by SEM, indicating PEO-HBPUEs and Al foil were jointed together successfully. The highest tensile strength of the bonding interface of PEO-HBPUE4/Al reached 1.88 MPa. All results demonstrated that the prepared PEO-HBPUEs materials would be promising substrates for flexible MEMS device that can be applied to flexible packaging by anodic bonding technol.

Sheng, Lei; Hu, Fan; Yu, Hanqing; Tao, Xueyou; Jia, Rumeng; Gu, Yufeng; Chen, Lu; Kong, Hong; Miao, Chen; Fei, Wenjing; Yang, Yang; Jia, Jinhui; Zhu, Xia; He, Xueming; Hu, Liang; Ma, Jianxin; Liu, Wen-Tao; Yang, Mi published the artcile< Paeoniflorin inhibits ASK1-TF axis by up-regulating SOCS3 to alleviate radiation enteritis>, Name: (9Z,12Z)-Methyl octadeca-9,12-dienoate, the main research area is paeoniflorin antiinflammatory agent ASK1 TF SOCS3 radiation enteritis; ASK1; SOCS3; TF; paeoniflorin; radiation enteritis.

Radiation enteritis is one of the main adverse effects of radiotherapy, presenting with a poorly understood etiol. and limited options for therapy. Intestinal inflammation and ischemia are the core mechanisms of radiation enteritis. Suppressor of cytokine signaling 3 (SOCS3) is an endogenous “”inflammation brake.”” We hypothesized that paeoniflorin, a pinane monoterpene bitter glycoside, could increase SOCS3 expression to reduce inflammation and ischemia and improve enteritis in mice. Laser Doppler flowmetry was used to detect changes in intestinal blood flow. RAW264.7 and human umbilical vein endothelial cells were used to investigate the mechanism of action of paeoniflorin. It was observed that radiation caused high mortality, intestinal inflammatory responses, and low blood flow in mice. Paeoniflorin effectively alleviated intestinal atrophy, prevented thrombosis, improved radiation enteritis, and reduced mortality in mice undergoing radiotherapy. In addition, paeoniflorin increased the release of growth arrest-specific gene 6 (Gas6) and phosphorylation of the Axl receptor, subsequently inducing the expression of SOCS3 and inhibiting the expression of p-apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 1 and tissue factor in vivo and in vitro. Based on our findings, we suggest that paeoniflorin is potentially effective in alleviating radiation enteritis via the activation of the Gas6/Axl/SOCS3 axis and subsequent reduction in intestinal inflammation and ischemia.

Chemical Engineering Journal (Amsterdam, Netherlands) published new progress about Carbon nanotubes. 112-63-0 belongs to class esters-buliding-blocks, and the molecular formula is C19H34O2, Quality Control of 112-63-0.

Dai, Mengwei; Zhai, Yinghao; Zhang, Yong published the artcile< A green approach to preparing hydrophobic, electrically conductive textiles based on waterborne polyurethane for electromagnetic interference shielding with low reflectivity>, Quality Control of 112-63-0, the main research area is green preparing hydrophobic elec conductive textile waterborne polyurethane.

A green method was employed to fabricate a coated textile with hydrophobic surface that provided electromagnetic interference shielding performance with low reflectivity. First, two-component waterborne polyurethane dispersions modified with hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane were synthesized. Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CNT) and graphene were well dispersed in water via high pressure microfluidizer. Waterborne polyurethane and fillers containing 80% CNT and 20% graphene were applied to textiles by dipping method. The water contact angles of the polyurethane coating and the coated textile were 103.4° and 153.6°, resp., when the polyurethane contained 10% hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane. The electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding effectiveness (EMI SE) of the coated textile (3% filler loading) could achieve 35 dB with a thickness of only 0.35 mm and the reflectivity is ca. 41.4%. By dipping a textile into polyurethane dispersions with different filler loadings (1% and 3%) to obtain a coated textile with a two-layer structure coating. EMI SE of the coated textile reached 30 dB and the reflectivity was only ca. 26.5%, indicating 26.5% of the electromagnetic waves is reflected during the propagation process when 99.9% electromagnetic waves is attenuated. Possible attenuation mechanisms of electromagnetic waves such as dielec. loss, multiple reflections, scattering and conductive loss were discussed. The mech. properties, thermal conductivity and thermal stability of the coatings and coated textiles were studied. The coated textiles fabricated in a green and facile approach with excellent electromagnetic shielding performance and low reflectivity have great potential in advanced EMI shielding applications.

Ding, Renjie; Ning, Suyun; Yang, Xiaoling; Shi, Jingchao; Zhao, Sijun; Zhang, Airong; Gao, Xiaoxia; Tian, Junsheng; Zhang, Bin; Qin, Xuemei published the artcile< Brain and testicular metabonomics revealed the protective effects of Guilingji on senile sexual dysfunction rats>, Electric Literature of 112-63-0, the main research area is brain testicular metabonomics senile sexual dysfunction; Brain; GLJ; LC-MS Metabonomics; Senile sexual dysfunction; Testis.

Guilingji (GLJ), which has been used to treat male diseases in China for centuries, contains 28 Chinese herbs and was previously established as an effective treatment for male sexual dysfunction. However, its mechanism of action remains unclear. To explore the efficacy and mechanism of action of GLJ in improving senile sexual dysfunction (SSD) in aging rats. An aging rat model of SSD was induced by the s.c. injection of D-galactose (300 mg·kg-1) and used to analyze the effects of GLJ (different concentrations of 37.5, 75, and 150 mg·kg-1) on the mating of aging rats. At the end of the 8th week, histopathol. anal. of testicular tissues, assessment of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis hormone levels in serum or brain, and metabonomics anal. of the brain and testicular tissue with liquid chromatog.-mass spectrometry was performed to explore the mechanism of action of GLJ. After treatment with GLJ, the mount and ejaculation latency levels were increased in the treatment group than those in model group (P < 0.05), moreover, the testicular morphol. was improved. Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) and LH (LH) levels in rats were also improved significant (P < 0.05) compared with those in the model group. Furthermore, the metabonomics results in the testicular and brain tissue showed that GLJ improved SSD by adjusting amino acid and lipid metabolism This study integrated the complementary metabolic profiles of the target tissues. GLJ might affect SSD rats by regulating amino acid and lipid metabolism and may modulate sensitivity to the signaling pathway in the HPG axis. This study provides an essential basis for the broad clin. application of GLJ. Wang, Ying; Hodge, Rebecca A.; Stevens, Victoria L.; Hartman, Terryl J.; McCullough, Marjorie L. published the artcile< Identification and reproducibility of urinary metabolomic biomarkers of habitual food intake in a cross-sectional analysis of the cancer prevention study-3 diet assessment sub-study>, Related Products of 112-63-0, the main research area is tryptophan betaine N methyltaurine acesulfame sucralose urine biomarker metabolomics; 24 h diet recalls; FFQ; food biomarker; untargeted metabolomics; urine.

Previous cross-sectional metabolomics studies have identified many potential dietary biomarkers, mostly in blood. Few studies examined urine samples although urine is preferred for dietary biomarker discovery. Furthermore, little is known regarding the reproducibility of urinary metabolomic biomarkers over time. We aimed to identify urinary metabolomic biomarkers of diet and assess their reproducibility over time. We conducted a metabolomics anal. among 648 racially/ethnically diverse men and women in the Diet Assessment Sub-study of the Cancer Prevention Study-3 cohort to examine the correlation between >100 food groups/items [101 by a food frequency questionnaire (FFQ), and 105 by repeated 24 h diet recalls (24HRs)] and 1391 metabolites measured in 24 h urine sample replicates, six months apart. Diet-metabolite associations were examined by Pearson′s partial correlation anal. Biomarkers were evaluated for prediction accuracy assessed using area under the curve (AUC) calculated from the receiver operating characteristic curve and for reproducibility assessed using intraclass correlation coefficients (ICCs). A total of 1708 diet-metabolite associations were identified after Bonferroni correction for multiple comparisons and restricting correlation coefficients to >0.2 or <-0.2 (1570 associations using the FFQ and 933 using 24HRs), 513 unique metabolites correlated with 79 food groups/items. The median ICCs of the 513 putative biomarkers was 0.53 (interquartile range 0.42-0.62). In this study, with comprehensive dietary data and repeated 24 h urinary metabolic profiles, we identified a large number of diet-metabolite correlations and replicated many found in previous studies. Our findings revealed the promise of urine samples for dietary biomarker discovery in a large cohort study and provide important information on biomarker reproducibility, which could facilitate their utilization in future clin. and epidemiol. studies.
