The Article related to synthesis sequential thiol ene amino yne click polymer, Chemistry of Synthetic High Polymers: Ring-Opening and Other Polymerizations and other aspects.Quality Control of 3-Aminodihydrothiophen-2(3H)-one hydrochloride

On June 30, 2018, Yu, Lei; Zhang, Ze; You, Ye-Zi; Hong, Chun-Yan published an article.Quality Control of 3-Aminodihydrothiophen-2(3H)-one hydrochloride The title of the article was Synthesis of sequence-controlled polymers via sequential thiol-ene and amino-yne click reactions in one pot. And the article contained the following:

Sequence-controlled polymers are prepared by the combination of thiol-ene click reaction and amino-yne click reaction. Due to the high selectivity of the amine unit and thiol unit toward thiolactone, methacrylate, propiolate, etc., the sequence of the resulting polymers can be easily controlled by monomer-addition sequence. Moreover, thiol-ene click reaction and amino-yne click reaction can be carried out under mild conditions without need of any catalyst. Different kinds of sequence-controlled copolymers have been prepared by the combination of thiol-ene click reaction and amino-yne click reaction in one pot. NMR spectra and GPC traces confirmed the formation of polymers with high mol. weight and controlled sequence structure. Therefore, we provide a new method for the preparation of functional polymers with well-controlled sequences. On January 5, 2022, Korzhikova-Vlakh, Evgenia G.; Tennikova, Tatiana B. published an article.Reference of Oxybis(ethane-2,1-diyl) bis(2-methylacrylate) The title of the article was Some factors affecting pore size in the synthesis of rigid polymer monoliths: Theory and its applicability. And the article contained the following:

Macroporous monoliths represent now widely used materials whose successful application strongly depends on their characteristics. Among those the average pore size is one of the key parameters. In this paper, we consider the applicability of theor. calculations for the selection of appropriate porogens to generate the materials with required average pore size. A set of macroporous poly(meth)acrylate monoliths was synthesized via thermo- and photo-initiated free radical polymerization and characterized in regards to their average pore size. Addnl., the difference in solubility parameters as well as Hansen’s solubility parameter distance between monomers and porogens were calculated for each polymerization mixture using Hildebrand’s and Hansen’s solubility theories. The theor. predications and exptl. data were compared and analyzed to establish the applicability of theor. calculations to previse average pore size for different systems. It was found that Hildebrand’s theory seems to be poorly appropriate as universal tool, while Hansen’s theor. approach explained better the efficiency of solvents as porogens. The application of oligomers and polymer solutions due to the increase of viscosity as well as the variation of crosslinker amount in the monomer system can be singled out as Hansen’s theory limitations at the prediction of the average pore size. The Article related to nanoporous silica doped tin pvc flame retardancy, Plastics Manufacture and Processing: Physical Properties and Testing Methods and other aspects.Product Details of 3319-31-1

On July 1, 2016, Pan, Ye-Tang; Trempont, Cedric; Wang, De-Yi published an article.Product Details of 3319-31-1 The title of the article was Hierarchical nanoporous silica doped with tin as novel multifunctional hybrid material to flexible poly(vinyl chloride) with greatly improved flame retardancy and mechanical properties. And the article contained the following:

Antimony trioxide (Sb2O3) is a traditional widely used flame retardant in flexible poly(vinyl chloride) (fPVC). However, more and more serious drawbacks of this flame retardant, such as the underlying toxicity and decreasing reserve in the earth’s crust, obligate the development of its substitutes. To address this issue, we synthesized novel mesoporous flame retardant (TOS) by grafting of tin on hierarchical nanoporous silica (HPS) via a facile in-situ synthesis method. Fourier transform IR spectrum (FT-IR), XPS, X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission gun scanning electron microscope (FEGSEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and N2 adsorption-desorption measurement were utilized to investigate the composition and structure of the mesoporous material. TOS, HPS, com. tin oxide (SnO2) and Sb2O3 were added into fPVC composites resp. to carry out comparative study. Results showed limiting oxygen index (LOI) of fPVC composite was significantly increased in presence of TOS, accompanied with UL-94 V-0 rating without dripping. Meanwhile, TOS also enhanced the tensile properties of fPVC composite significantly. All the data illuminated that TOS greatly improved flame retardancy and mech. property of fPVC as a novel multifunctional hybrid materials. And the article contained the following:

Plasticizers for poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC), including ortho- and terephthalates, trimellitates, citrates, and various aliphatic dicarboxylates, are systematically studied with all-atom mol. simulation. Effects of plasticizer mol. structure on its performance, as measured by performance metrics including its thermodn. compatibility with PVC, effectiveness of reducing the material’s Young’s modulus, and migration rate in the PVC matrix, are evaluated in the framework of seven mol. design parameters. Previous exptl. findings on the plasticizer structure-performance relationship are also reviewed. Comparison with experiments establishes the reliability of our simulation predictions. The study aims to provide a comprehensive set of guidelines for the selection and design of high-performance plasticizers at the mol. level. Mol. mechanisms for how each design parameter influences plasticizer performance metrics are also discussed. Moreover, we report a nontrivial dependence of plasticizer migration rate on temperature, which reconciles seemingly conflicting exptl. reports on the migration tendency of different plasticizers. The covalent coupling of complex macromols. is a modern challenge in both chem. and biol. The development of efficient and chemoselective methods for polymer coupling and functionalization are increasingly important for designing new advanced materials and interfacing with biochem. systems. Herein, we present a new strategy to directly conjugate living polymers prepared using ring-opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP) to both small mols. and synthetic macromols. Central to this methodol. is a terminal alkyne that serves as a directing group to promote a rapid, intramol. reaction with an otherwise unreactive olefin. This highly chemoselective relay conjugation is compatible with a range of monomer families and uses a bench-stable enyne motif that can be easily introduced to functional targets. The rapid rate of the conjugation reaction paves the way for greatly streamlined construction of complex macromol. systems derived from metathesis polymerization techniques without the need for specialized equipment. The Article related to oligoester acrylate dielec relaxation, Plastics Manufacture and Processing: Physical Properties and Testing Methods and other aspects.Reference of 2,2-Dimethylpropane-1,3-diyl bis(2-methylacrylate)

On January 31, 1981, Sivergin, Yu. M. published an article.Reference of 2,2-Dimethylpropane-1,3-diyl bis(2-methylacrylate) The title of the article was Dielectric relaxation in oligoester acrylates and terpolymers on their basis. And the article contained the following:

Oligoester acrylates showed 2 dielec. relaxation processes at 100-300 K, with the high temperature-low frequency dispersion being designated the α and the low temperature-high frequency dispersion, the β’ process. The α maximum corresponded to the glass transition and was at the highest temperature for an acrylate containing Cl and the lowest temperature for the least polar compound, which also had a low loss factor. The β’ process was caused by internal motion of the polar group-containing kinetic units in the oligomer chain, and was mainly due to the motion of carbonate group in mols. that contain these. Above the glass temperature, all samples had a rapid increase of the loss factor with temperature In the case of oligoester acrylate polymers, those based on diacrylates of ethylene, tetramethylene, and decamethylene glycols, the relaxation observed at <275 K was a β process caused by motions of carboxylate groups bound to the main chain. The dielec. relaxation of the polymer based on triethylene glycol dimethacrylate at <275 K was a β' process caused by the motion of the C-O-C group. At 300-400 K, a β process caused by local motion of macromol. chain members adjacent to carboxylate groups was observed in this polymer. A wide variety of previously reported results was also discussed. The Article related to polyester hdpe wettability embossing, Plastics Manufacture and Processing: Physical Properties and Testing Methods and other aspects.SDS of cas: 3319-31-1

On August 15, 2016, Falah Toosi, Salma; Moradi, Sona; Ebrahimi, Marzieh; Hatzikiriakos, Savvas G. published an article.SDS of cas: 3319-31-1 The title of the article was Microfabrication of polymeric surfaces with extreme wettability using hot embossing. And the article contained the following:

Hot embossing was utilized to imprint topog. metallic patterns on the surfaces of thermoplastic polymers in order to create superhydrophobic and superoleophobic polymeric surfaces. The stainless steel (SS) micro/nano structured templates were fabricated using femtosecond laser ablation. The SS laser ablated templates were employed to imprint micron/submicron periodic structures onto the surface of high d. polyethylene (HDPE), polylactic acid (PLA), and medical PVC at temperatures slightly above their m.ps. and pressures in the range of 3-12 MPa. Results have shown that the water contact angle (CA) of imprinted polymers increased to above 160° in the case of PLA and HDPE, while their water contact angle hysteresis (CAH) were significantly below 10°. In the case of medical-PVC, imprinting produced morphologies with high CA and high CAH (petal effect) due to the adhesion forces developed at the interface between the hydrophilic plasticizer of medical-PVC (TOTM) and water droplets. It is also noted that the re-entrant superoleophobic patterns created on HDPE through imprinting closely resemble the patterns found on the surface of filefish skin that is densely angled microfiber arrays. This bioinspired surface is highly capable of repelling both polar (water) and non-polar liquids of low surface tension and meets the superoleophobicity criteria.
