On February 1, 2022, Yang, Lyu; Zhong, Fuyong; Tang, Zhenwu; He, Ying; Han, Xue published an article.Product Details of 6197-30-4 The title of the article was Bioaccumulation and trophic transfer of organic ultraviolet absorbents in the food web of a freshwater lake: Implications for risk estimation. And the article contained the following:

Organic UV absorbents (UVAs) are increasingly reported in environmental matrixes and organisms. However, available information on the bioaccumulation of UVAs in freshwater species is insufficient and their trophodynamics in lake food webs remain unknown. We measured the concentrations of twelve UVAs in the wild species from Lake Chaohu. Except for UV-320 not detected, the other UVAs were prevalent in the study species and their total concentrations were in the range of 5.44-131 ng/g dry weight, which were comparable to the concentrations reported in other waters. Compound and species-specific accumulations of UVAs in the organisms were observed In the lake, the log-transformed concentrations of 4-Me benzylidene camphor, octyl p-dimethylaminobenzoate, UV-326, and UV-327 related significantly to the trophic levels of species sep. The calculated trophic magnification factors (TMFs) of the four UVAs were 3.79, implying trophic magnification, and 0.18, 0.40 and 0.58, suggesting trophic dilution, resp. These suggested that the magnification potential and the associated risks of individual UVAs in freshwater lake differed. To our knowledge, this is the first report of these TMFs in lake food webs. However, more investigation is needed to characterize their trophodynamic behaviors in lakes because food web characteristics likely affect trophic transfer of these chems. The experimental process involved the reaction of 2-Ethylhexyl 2-cyano-3,3-diphenylacrylate(cas: 6197-30-4).Product Details of 6197-30-4

The Article related to sorption filter metabolic degradation biomass growth solid organic matter, benzophenone, biomass, co-metabolic degradation, numerical modeling, sorption, uv filters, Water: Analysis and other aspects.COA of Formula: C24H27NO2

On January 1, 2020, Rodriguez-Escales, P.; Sanchez-Vila, X. published an article.COA of Formula: C24H27NO2 The title of the article was Modeling the fate of UV filters in subsurface: Co-metabolic degradation and the role of biomass in sorption processes. And the article contained the following:

UV filters (UVFs) are emerging organic compounds found in most water systems. They are constituents of personal care products, as well as industrial ones. The concentration of UVFs in the water bodies in space and time is mostly determined by degradation and sorption, both processes being determinant of their bioavailability and toxicity to ecosystems and humans. UVFs are a wide group of compounds, with different sorption behavior expected depending on the individual chem. properties (pKa,Koc,Kow). The goal of this work is framed in the context of improving our understanding of the sorption processes of UVFs occurring in the aquifer; i.e., to evaluate the role of biomass growth, solid organic matter (SOM) and redox conditions in the characterization of sorption of a set of UVFs. We constructed a conceptual and a numerical model to evaluate the fate of selected UV filters, focused on both sorption and degradation The models were validated with published data by Liu et al. (2013), consisting in a suite of batch experiments evaluating the fate of a cocktail of UVs under different redox conditions. The compounds evaluated included ionic UV filters (Benzophenone-3; 2-(3-t-butyl-2-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl)5-chloro-benzotriazole; 2-(2′-hydroxy-5′-octylphenyl)-benzotriazole) and neutral ones (octyl 4-methoxycinnamatte; and octocrylene). Yang, Zhijun; Wang, Fenfen; Zhang, Chi; Li, Jian; Zhang, Rongchun; Wu, Qiang; Chen, Tiehong; Sun, Pingchuan published an article in 2019, the title of the article was Bio-inspired self-healing polyurethanes with multiple stimulus responsiveness.Product Details of 517-23-7 And the article contains the following content:

High-performance stimuli-responsive polymers that exhibit spontaneous, sophisticated and reversible responses to a wide range of external stimuli are highly desirable for applications in diverse fields and have attracted dramatic attention in recent decades. However, it still remains a great challenge to precisely design mol. architectures which can integrate multi-stimuli responsive functions into one structure in polymeric materials. In this study, we reported the synthesis and preparation of a novel multi-responsive self-healing polyurethane with superior mech. properties by adapting a stimuli-responsive dynamic covalent chem. crosslinker and a biomimetic modular polymer design. This unique crosslinker was synthesized through the Michael addition reaction between thiols and bismaleimides, making the chem. crosslinked polyurethanes healable and recyclable at an elevated temperature as well as stimuli-responsive to heat, pH and ammonia gas. A visible color change can be clearly observed when the polymer is in the base or ammonia gas environment, giving the sample great potential for being a gas or pH sensor. Furthermore, the incorporation of self-complementary quadruple hydrogen bonding interactions between 2-ureido-4-[1H]-pyrimidione (UPy) motifs in the polyurethane backbone chains enables the formation of modular hydrogen bonding domains, endowing the material with enhanced mech. properties. The experimental process involved the reaction of 3-Acetyldihydrofuran-2(3H)-one(cas: 517-23-7).Product Details of 517-23-7

The Article related to diethyl succinate microglial polarization activation mitochondrial fission cellular ros, lps, dynamin-related protein, microglia, mitochondrial fission, succinate, Animal Nutrition: Other and other aspects.Computed Properties of 123-25-1

Wang, Lixiang; Zhang, Yanli; Kiprowska, Magdalena; Guo, Yuqi; Yamamoto, Ken; Li, Xin published an article in 2021, the title of the article was Diethyl Succinate Modulates Microglial Polarization and Activation by Reducing Mitochondrial Fission and Cellular ROS.Computed Properties of 123-25-1 And the article contains the following content:

Succinate is a metabolite in the tricarboxylic acid cycle (TCA) which plays a central role in mitochondrial activity. Excess succinate is known to be transported out of the cytosol, where it activates a succinate receptor (SUCNR1) to enhance inflammation through macrophages in various contexts. In addition, the intracellular role of succinate beyond an intermediate metabolite and prior to its extracellular release is also important to the polarization of macrophages. However, the role of succinate in microglial cells has not been characterized. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulates the elevation of intracellular succinate levels. To reveal the function of intracellular succinate associated with LPS-stimulated inflammatory response in microglial cells, we assessed the levels of ROS, cytokine production and mitochondrial fission in the primary microglia pretreated with cell-permeable di-Et succinate mimicking increased intracellular succinate. Our results suggest that elevated intracellular succinate exerts a protective role in the primary microglia by preventing their conversion into the pro-inflammatory M1 phenotype induced by LPS. This protective effect is SUCNR1-independent and mediated by reduced mitochondrial fission and cellular ROS production The experimental process involved the reaction of Diethyl succinate(cas: 123-25-1).Computed Properties of 123-25-1
