EXAMPLE 21 4-[4-Benzo[1,3]dioxol-5-yl-5-(6-methyl-pyridin-2-yl)-1H-imidazol-2-yl]-bicyclo[2.2.2]octane-1-carboxylic acid methyl ester 4-Formyl-bicyclo[2.2.2]octane-1-carboxylic acid methyl ester (0.284 g, 1.0 mmol) was added to a solution of 1-benzo[1,3]dioxol-5-yl-2-(6-methyl-pyridin-2-yl)-ethane-1,2-dione 2-oxime (see Example 4; 0.215 g, 1.1 mmol) and ammonium acetate (1.54 g, 20 mmol) in acetic acid (5 mL).
