A novel series of poly-heterocyclic compounds containing quinoline as antiviral agents against HIV was designed and synthesized. Structures of these novel derivatives was confirmed by IR, NMR, and EI-MS spectra. Most of the products was tested for their HIV inhibitory activity and characterized by high to moderate activity.
