Methyl nonadecanoate (cas: 1731-94-8) belongs to esters. Esters are widespread in nature and are widely used in industry. In nature, fats are in general triesters derived from glycerol and fatty acids. Esters are responsible for the aroma of many fruits, including apples, durians, pears, bananas, pineapples, and strawberries. Esterification is the general name for a chemical reaction in which two reactants (typically an alcohol and an acid) form an ester as the reaction product. Esters are common in organic chemistry and biological materials.Reference of 1731-94-8

Process optimization of rice bran oil by ultrasonic combined extrusion was written by Yu, Jinping;Li, Demin;Xiao, Zhigang;Ma, Tao;Wang, Peng;Wang, Na. And the article was included in Zhongguo Shipin Xuebao in 2016.Reference of 1731-94-8 The following contents are mentioned in the article:

The impact of ultrasonic solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature on the extraction efficiency of rice bran oil was researched. Based on rice bran as raw material, extrusion ultrasonic detection was utilized to extract rice bran oil. And the rice bran oil extraction rate, the fatty acid composition and oil quality were compared by organic solvent extraction method and extrusion processing organic solvent extraction method. The results showed that the optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions were material liquid ratio 1:5, power 280 W, time for 20 min and temperature at 50°C. The rice bran oil extraction rate was 96.28% under this condition with the advantages of high extraction efficiency and short extraction time compared with the other two methods. This study involved multiple reactions and reactants, such as Methyl nonadecanoate (cas: 1731-94-8Reference of 1731-94-8).
